Sweet Quinoa – a healthy dessert
If you are looking for a dessert that does not compromise your diet, follow our suggestion! Head to the kitchen and try this sweet quinoa with natural and very healthy ingredients.
1 cup white Peruvian quinoa
2 1/2 cups of oatmeal drink
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cinnamon stick
1 drizzle of honey (optional)
Bring the oatmeal drink to a boil, along with the lemon zest, coconut oil, cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamom.
After washing the quinoa in a bowl of running water, add it to the previous preparation and cook until thickened.
At the end, add the essence of vanilla, cinnamon powder, to strengthen the intensity of its taste, and stir.
Remove from heat and you can serve hot or cold. Serve in individual bowls and garnish with a drizzle of honey (optional), toasted hazelnuts and cinnamon powder.
